We want your purchase to meet all of your needs. Within 90 days after delivery, you can return any item you purchased from Nautica.com for a refund of the purchase price, less the cost of shipping, handling, gift boxes, and other extra expenses. The cost of return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
You can return anything you buy online to any Nautica outlet shop location for your convenience. To find the store closest to you, use our store locator.
Note: Payments made online with PayPal, Google Checkout, and Bill Me Later are not returnable to any of our outlet stores in Nautica. The online retailer must receive these purchases back.
When returning your item, please refer to the Return Instructions located on the packing slip. To guarantee credit, the items must be returned in their original boxes, unused and undamaged, with all tags still attached. If applicable, kindly include all documentation, components, and extras.
Please get in touch with our Customer Service Department if you would want to seek a return after the 90-day window.
Our regular return policy does not apply to intimate items or fragrance. Returns are not accepted for these items because they are final sales.
Items purchased at department stores, outlet stores, specialized shops, or retail locations in Nautica cannot be returned to our online store.
Please be advised that anything purchased at a Nautica outlet, department store, specialty store, or retail location cannot be returned to our online store. We do not accept returns for online purchases made at any of our Nautica outlet stores utilizing different payment options (PayPal, Google Checkout, Bill Me Later).
Please take the following actions to return any online-purchased items:
- Pack the item(s) safely in the original product packaging whenever at all possible. Kindly enclose all parts, accessories, and paperwork.
- All items must be returned unused, undamaged, in good condition, with all tags still attached, in order to guarantee credit. We retain the right to reject any refund requests that do not follow this policy.
- Cut the return address labels from the bottom portion of the packing slip, then attach them to the outside of the return package.
- Attach the item(s) to the original packing slip’s upper section. Would you kindly make a duplicate of the packing slip for your records? Provide your order number, billing name, and address together with the item(s) if you are unable to submit the original packing slip or a copy.
- Before mailing your return package, please make sure that all original shipping labels are removed or covered from the outside of the item.
- For your return, we strongly advise utilizing UPS, FedEx, or similar insured parcel post. The address of the Nautica Returns Centre is 40 Logistics Boulevard, Walton, Kentucky 41094.
- The whole cost of return postage must be covered. Delivery made by C.O.D. is not accepted.
- Keep the return tracking number from the product you are returning in order to monitor delivery status and ensure that the package is delivered back to the warehouse.
- You can get a refund in the original payment method used for the purchase within 30 days of us receiving your returned items. Please be advised that you will not receive a refund for the original shipping costs you paid.
- You will only get your return shipping expenses paid if the return is the result of a manufacturer defect or an error in our shipment.
- Credits will be issued to the original purchaser upon gift returns.
Returns Rules & Regulations
- Returns for orders must be made within ninety days of delivery.
- The items must be returned in perfect condition, with all tags still attached, ideally in the original packing, along with all parts, accessories, and paperwork in order to receive credit.
- When mailing a return, you have to include the top portion of the packing slip (original or copy). Don’t forget to keep a copy for your documentation. Securely fasten the return address section of the packing slip onto the exterior of your returned package.
- Shipping and handling charges, gift box fees, and other charges are not refundable.
- We do not accept CODs or third-party billing for returned goods.
- In the event of shipping damage, please contact the shipping company or our customer service department at 866-376-4184.
- You can expect a refund in the original payment method used for the purchase within 30 days of us receiving the returned item. Your refund will be less the item’s price plus any applicable sales tax.
- Items purchased in a Nautica outlet, department store, specialty shop, or retail location are not eligible for returns.
- You can return items you bought at Nautica.com to any Nautica Outlet location. To locate the shop closest to you, use our online store locator.
- We do not accept returns for online purchases made at any of our Nautica outlet stores utilizing different payment options (PayPal, Google Checkout, Bill Me Later).
- Fragrances and undergarments are final sales and cannot be returned.
