As per the return policy of Fat Face, you have 30 days from the date of receipt to return any item to any Fat Face store or via postal mail. However, the returned goods need to be in their original packaging, in resalable condition, and with all tags still attached.

Repack your items, write your order number, fill out the order returns section, and include this form with your return package to start the return process. After that, you can mail it using Royal Mail or Evri.
You can print your returns label at home or at the drop-off location with either of the courier services. If you are returning via Evri, you can also order a collection service.
Additionally, you can return your order to any Fat Face store that is closest to you. Bring your returning items, the original payment card, and a proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or dispatch note, to the store for an in-store return. Regrettably, if you purchased using Klarna or PayPal, you are unable to return any online orders to the store.
