Item on sale: is it returnable?
Without exception, all items on sale are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned for a refund, exchange, or store credit. Styles that are full priced and obtained with a promotional code can be returned for store credit as they are not categorised as sale items.
Is returns accepted by Yumi Kim?
Only full-priced products that have not been worn, changed, or cleaned may be returned to Yumi Kim for store credit. The item must also still have all of its original tags, including the bottom return tag. Items that don’t fit these specifications will be returned. The initial shipping charges are not refundable.
