Poshmark believes all sales to be final unless the following circumstances exist:

- The item does not correspond to the description.

What is Not Covered By Poshmark Return Policy?
Poshmark does not accept returns for the following reasons since all sales are final.
- If you no longer want the item because of a change of heart
- The merchandise does not suit you properly.
- The seller’s delayed delivery
- If the payment was made away from the Poshmark platform. (If you and the seller completed the transaction outside of the platform.)
How To Return A Poshmark Purchase?
You only have three days after receiving your product to create a case (report the problem) with Poshmark via their app/website for any of the issues stated above. To verify your claim, they will ask you to provide images and offer details about the item. Poshmark’s return policy page outlines two straightforward options for requesting a return.

- Click the Account Tab (@username).
- Navigate to My Purchases.
- Choose the order you want to return to.
- Select Order Inquiry/Problems.
- Select an Order Not what was described
- Choose a reason
- Include graphics that clearly explain your cause and describe the return.
- Click the Submit button.

- Poshmark.com offers In the top-right corner, click your profile image.
- Navigate to My Purchases.
- Choose the order you want to return to.
- Select Order Inquiry/Problems.
- From the dropdown option, choose Order Not as Described.
- Unload photos that clearly explain your cause and describe the return.
- Click the Submit button.
- If your return request meets the terms of Poshmark’s return policy, they will issue you a return label to return the item.
- After that, you must return the things within 5 days to be eligible for a refund.
Important –
JPG images are preferred. You must send clean and crisp images taken in ideal lighting. If the color does not match the product page, this will also represent the true colors. Include any tags/serial numbers in the shot as well.
Poshmark Refund Policy
Poshmark will reimburse your complete money, including any shipping charges and taxes, once your order has been returned to the seller’s facility. It will take one full billing cycle for the refund to appear in your account. The vendor will not be paid until you confirm that your order is as described. So, if you don’t receive your stuff, Poshmark will refund your money as soon as you notify them. If you do not file a claim of misrepresentation within three days after delivery, your payment will be immediately released to the seller, according to Poshmark’s return policy. Once this occurs, your return period is gone and you will not be able to receive a refund.
