What is Not Covered By Poshmark Return Policy?

Poshmark does not accept returns for the following reasons since all sales are final.

  • If you no longer want the item because of a change of heart
  • The merchandise does not suit you properly.
  • The seller’s delayed delivery
  • If the payment was made away from the Poshmark platform. (If you and the seller completed the transaction outside of the platform.)

How To Return A Poshmark Purchase?

You only have three days after receiving your product to create a case (report the problem) with Poshmark via their app/website for any of the issues stated above. To verify your claim, they will ask you to provide images and offer details about the item. Poshmark’s return policy page outlines two straightforward options for requesting a return.

  • Navigate to My Purchases.
  • Choose the order you want to return to.
  • Select Order Inquiry/Problems.
  • Select an Order Not what was described
  • Choose a reason
  • Include graphics that clearly explain your cause and describe the return.
  • Click the Submit button.

Poshmark will reimburse your complete money, including any shipping charges and taxes, once your order has been returned to the seller’s facility. It will take one full billing cycle for the refund to appear in your account. The vendor will not be paid until you confirm that your order is as described.
