- Your screen will display a return confirmation. Click the Print This Page button. A file will be shown. Select Print. There will be two pages printed. The Return Request, as well as the pre-paid UPS return label.
- Include the Return Request with the things you’re returning in your return shipment.
- Pack the merchandise in appropriate packaging to prevent damage while in transit, then apply the UPS return label to that package.
