RETURN POLICY
Aventon encourages you to shop with confidence since they are confident in the quality of their products. Within 30 days, you can return any item in new, unused condition for a complete refund, less shipping costs. The recipient bears the obligation for any return shipping costs. The original mode of payment will be utilised to obtain a refund.
WARRANTY POLICY
The particular warranty that comes with your Aventon bicycle is only valid for bikes bought from Aventon directly or from Authorised Aventon Retailers, and it is controlled by the laws of the state or nation in which it was acquired.
FRAMES AND FORKS:
For the lifetime of the original owner, Aventon Bikes, 18457 Railroad St., Industry, CA 91748, warrants Aventon frames against manufacturing faults in materials and/or workmanship.
COMPONENTS:
For a year following the date of the initial retail purchase, all additional parts, frame fixtures, and finishes (paint and decals) are guaranteed against manufacture defects in materials and/or workmanship. Other than Aventon-made forks (like a Rockshox suspension fork), forks are not covered by this limited guarantee; instead, their manufacturer’s stated warranty applies independently. This guarantee does not cover stripped threads that result from operator error during assembly.
TERMS OF LIMITED WARRANTY:
Nothing in this limited warranty suggests or implies that the bicycle is indestructible or will survive indefinitely. It does imply that the bicycle is protected, as long as the limited warranty’s conditions are met. This limited warranty is only valid for the first Aventon bicycle owner and cannot be transferred to another owner. This limited guarantee is invalid in the event that the bicycle is misused, mistreated, improperly repaired, maintained, altered, modified, involved in an accident, or put to any other unusual, excessive, or incorrect use. This limited guarantee is only valid for bicycles bought from Authorised Aventon Retailers or other establishments that Aventon has expressly granted permission to distribute Aventon bicycles, provided that the bicycles are fully built and adjusted. Normal wear and tear damage, particularly that caused by fatigue, is not covered. One sign that the frame is worn out from regular use is fatigue damage. It is the owner’s duty to examine their bicycle as it is a typical kind of wear and tear. Damage brought on by incorrect maintenance or assembly, or by installing parts and accessories that are incompatible with the Aventon bicycle, is not covered. The owner of the bicycle is liable for any labour costs associated with warranty servicing. The owner of the bicycle is liable for any shipping costs incurred in the event that a warranty claim needs to be processed. For the period of this limited warranty, Aventon will either replace any defective frame or component with the same or most nearly equivalent model that is currently available, or we will repair any defective frame or component. THIS IS THIS WARRANTY’S EXCLUSIVE REMEDY. All other remedies and damages that would otherwise be relevant are excluded, including but not restricted to punitive damages and incidental or consequential damages. AVENTON MAKES NO WARRANTIES ABOVE THE DESCRIPTION HEREIN, AND THIS IS THE ONLY WARRANTY MADE ON ITS FRAMES AND COMPONENTS. All implied warranties, such as those pertaining to merchantability or suitability for a particular purpose, that may otherwise be implied by law are thus excluded. The consumer has certain legal rights with regard to this Limited Warranty. Other legal rights that differ from state to state or nation to nation may also be available to the consumer. The aforementioned restrictions or exclusions may not apply to you because some states and nations do not permit the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages or warranties. All other sections of this limited warranty will still be in force if a court of competent jurisdiction rules that a particular provision does not apply. This ruling will not have an impact on any other provisions of this limited warranty.
