Describe Return Policy:

You may return most unused items purchased at MasaesBYB Designs Inc/Masaes Country Corner Gifts within 30 days of the original delivery. We will pay the return shipping costs if the product is defective or the return is a result of our error. If the item is returned for any other reason you are responsible for the return shipping costs and may be charged a restocking fee of 10 percent. No returns will be accepted after 30 days. We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 7 days of receiving the returned item.
The following items may not be returned:
1)Cd opened
2)Videos Opened
3)Clothing worn (tried on okay, but no signs of wear or washing)
4)jar candles (these can be used in a warmer and the scent is used, but the candle shows no sign of being used)
5)Custom items
6)Clearance sale items
7)Any hand or body fragrance merchandise
