Describe Return Policy:

Some products have to be returned in their original packaging and unopened. Others, can be opened but need to be unused. Products being returned will be evaluated on a case by case basis to determine whether or not the product can be returned. Please contact us for an RMA and give a detailed description of the product and its packaging (ie. unopened, original packaging).
