Need only a few pieces of jewelry findings or a couple of beads...not a pack of 100? Only 1 cab or faceted gem...not a parcel? We specialize in smaller amounts for the do-it-yourself jewelry makers. We also offer larger amounts too along some very fine rare gems and ready made jewelry.

Return Policy

Describe Return Policy:

I want you to be happy with your purchase therefore I guarantee your complete satisfaction with any product you order from me. If, for any reason a product you order from me does not meet your expectations, then simply return it within 30 days of receipt. It has to be returned in the original condition, unworn and in its original packaging. I will cheerfully provide a refund or an exchange, as you prefer.

Do note that all non-returnable items are marked in the product description. This also includes custom orders.

Once I have received and processed the returned item, I will notify you of the refund. I will make your refund in the same way you purchased the original item. I will only refund shipping costs if the return is a result of my own error. For your protection and ours...a picture has been taken of every gem that is sold in case it is returned and it not being the same one sent out. This has actually happened to me before.

Include the original paperwork (receipt) and a note explaining the return, wrap the package securely, and ship the package to:
