Return Policy
Describe Return Policy:

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your greenhouse. If you are not, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your greenhouse and we will do everything we can to assure your satisfaction. (Charges may apply after 30 days.)

Return Procedure:
If the greenhouse must be returned, follow these instructions to protect the value of your greenhouse:

1. Carefully prepare the greenhouse for return. Use the original packaging if in good condition.
2. Include all parts.
3. Note any damaged or missing parts.
4. Arrange for return delivery.

Customer Compensation:

1. Upon return of the greenhouse, Charley's will inspect the greenhouse and determine the value.
2. The value may be reduced by the replacement cost of missing or damaged parts.
3. Not available for refund:
- Shipping costs
- Cost of customizing, or custom parts.
4. Within 2 weeks of return of your greenhouse, Charley's will offer a refund, credit, exchange, consignment, or a combination of these compensations to total the full market value of the greenhouse as returned.

The return policy for the

The return policy for the green houses is fine i'm just wondering if they have double glazed windows for better efficiency.

I've never bought anything

I've never bought anything from them, but their return policy looks decent. The only thing they could improve on is paying for the shipping back to them. At least if the return is their fault. Maybe they do pay for the shipping back if it is their fault but they don't say. This could be better. I gave them a 7 out of 10 - not bad.
