Return Policy

You may return most unused items purchased at Madre Gear within 30 days of the original delivery. We will pay the return shipping costs if the product is defective or the return is a result of our error. If the item is returned for any other reason you are responsible for the return shipping costs. We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 7 days of receiving the returned item. Please contact us before sending your item if it is more than 30 since delivery. Returns received after 30 days will good for store credit only. We understand that moms are busy people so please contact us if you need help working out the details of your return. We want you to be happy with your items!

Nursing bras are returnable provided that they have not been worn or washed. We understand that sometimes it is necessary to try on this type of item, but when checking for proper fit please don't wear it for longer than a few minutes and avoid getting deodorant or stains on it as we may not be able to accept returns on items worn longer than a few minutes or stained items. This policy is also applicable all apparel except for personalized items.

The following items may not be returned: Personalized or custom made items are not returnable unless they are defective.

If you are returning an item because you have found a better price somewhere else, please contact us and provide the URL to the site where you have found the item for less and we will try to match their price.
