Tight Kicks Footwear

You may return all unused items purchased at Tight Kicks Footwear within 10 days of the original delivery. We will pay the return shipping costs if the product is defective or the return is a result of our error. If the item is returned for any other reason you are responsible for the return shipping costs and may be charged a restocking fee of . No returned merchandise will be accepted without a Return Material Authorization (RMA). We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 7 days of receiving the returned item.

Customers MUST fill out a RMA (Return Request) before returning merchandise to tightkicks4u.com. To receive a RMA request, login to your account at http://www.tightkucks4u.com, left side of home page there is a "Return" button, click it. Please fill out the form on the following page and submit it. You will  receive instructions on how to complete your return via email to the email address you provided. Additionally, in the event that the mistake was due to customer negligence, the merchandise must be returned to us AT YOUR EXPENSE within 10 business days from the date of delivery. In returning your merchandise, you are required to obtain a tracking number from the shipping agent and provide us with this information. Any returns without a RMA number unfortunately, will not be honored.
